A CREATIVE PARTNERSHIP

If you're on this page I am guessing that you have seen my work and have a specific project in mind that you'd like to see me bring to life. Whatever you are thinking, we can get the conversation started when you fill out the commission request form at the bottom of the page. Keep scrolling to learn about my wearable sculpture commission process.

01. COMMISSION REQUEST

This is the step where you tell me all about the really cool idea you have, that you would like me to make. Helpful things to include when you fill out the form are:

  • desired colors

  • size and or style desires

  • reference photos if you have any. This can be examples of other crowns or a pic of the outfit you want to match.

  • any existing Pinterest board related to the project

  • if you have a deadline

  • your budget for the project

I will review all of the information provided and reach out to clarify any details before we move forward to the mood board stage.

03. MOOD BOARD

Now is where the real plan begins to form! From all of the information that you have provided, I will put together a mood board to establish the color palette and design inspiration. This visual representation helps to make sure we're on the same page. Photos in the mood board may represent textures, colors or specific design elements.

04. DESIGN SKETCH

Once the mood board has been approved, then there will be a $50 non-refundable deposit for me to create the wearable sculpture design sketch. The final product may differ slightly from the sketch, but usually the finished crown looks exactly like the drawing.

05. FINAL PRODUCT

It's finally time! The $50 deposit has been paid and the design sketch approved, now comes sculpting, painting and assembling! When the project is completed you will be sent a final invoice, after it's been paid, your new creation will be shipped to you.
